Very disappointing

Absolutely pathetic service, Haven't had consistent network connectivity for the past 2weeks and have been sent from pillar to post by their staff. I've gone to vodashops, vodaworld and made multiple calls to their call center they have only given me solutions that costed me money but never solved my problem all speculating that my phone had the problem but surprisingly when I insert a different service provider sim in my phone it works perfectly. After many years of being a loyal customer to vodacom im ready to terminate this partnership as it is not feasible or mutually beneficial at this point. I am very disappointed
