Very disappointed with vodacom, umlazi mega city

I visited vidacom, umlazi mega city on the 26th of April 2023 around 10h15. I wanted to purchase a sim card. I went inside, greeted a gentleman by the name of Thula, he didn't even look at me and his voice sounded like he had no time for me, he told me to sit down. After a good 5 to 10 minutes, he called me. I told him i wanted to buy a prepaid sim card which will cost me R5, as he asked for the sim card at the back, i saw a pamphlet with another sim card offering LTE/5G coverage for homes, which could have cost me R50, then asked for it. I did not know that the second one is for home only. Instead of explaining to me thd difference, he told me that i do not know what i want, i should have come once i knew what i was looking for, and that the one at the back where he asks the sim cards from is going to be annoyed. He ended up saying i need to be assisted by someone else. Instead of that i chose to leave vodacom without being assisted.
