Very disappointed with Vodacom

I have been trying to sort out an issue with my vodacom line for weeks now with no resolution. The Vodacom shop that has been trying to help me have been amazing, but the customer care department that needs to sort the issue has been less than helpful. This may be a small issue to fix but it has potentially caused me major loss in revenue to my business. A senior manager needs to call me on a WHATSAPP as the issue is with my caller line identity...
