Very disappointed in VODACOM

I've been struggling with vodacom for over 2 months to sort out my account. I lost my job. So did not pay my account for 4 months. They gave me over , and I understand. But as soon when I got a job I pay the full amount. Then they upgrade my package to a higher amount without my consent. Also don't want to give me a new phone or cancel my contract. It is not fair. I must pay more for nothing. I've been phoning forward and backwards go in to the store and no one can help me. I'm very disappointed in VODACOM. I'VE EVEN TRY TO CONTRACT THE CEO. BUT THEY DONT WANT TO PUT ME THROUGH. SHAMEEL JOOSUB. I HOPE YOU SEE THIS AND HOPE YOU CAN CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!!!
