Very Disappointed

I purchased a Kwika device less than a month ago, and unfortunately, the battery doesn’t last—it goes flat even when not in use. On the day I bought the device, the store system was offline, and the sales assistant assured me she would email the proof of purchase. That never happened. Four days later, I returned to the store and followed up, and again she promised to send it—but to this day, I still haven’t received anything.

The device hasn’t performed as expected, and now I’m told I can’t get a refund via VodaPay. To make matters worse, a consultant recently informed me that I’m also not allowed to resell the device, even though it’s considered my property. None of this was explained at the time of purchase, and I believe this should have been clearly stated—either during the sale or in the adverti*****t.

I’m now stuck with a device I can’t use and can’t resell, which is extremely frustrating. I’m requesting either a full refund or the ability to resell the device to recover my money. I’m very disappointed with the overall experience.
