Very bad warranty swap policy and customer service regarding repairs

I have a Huawei P10, 6months old. The phone's rear camera just stopped focusing and I use my camera on my phone for work basically every single day. The phone was booked in for repairs and I was told it will take 2 weeks for the repair or warranty swap. Two weeks later I received a brand new Huawei P10. I didn't even have the Brand New phone for 5hours and it started having exactly the same problem with the camera on the phone as the old one. Obviously at this point I was furious about it.... I mean two weeks wait, brand new phone and same problem. So I went back to the Vodacom store and demanded a new phone or a phone to the same value as I can simply not wait another 2 weeks for a phone that might be working as it should..... They refused my request and told me it was a bad batch of phones from Huawei (please tell me how this is my problem?) and if they knew there was a bad batch of phones then why send me one from that batch?

I reluctantly gave the new phone back and was told they will try and resolve the matter as fast as possible. It has now been 5 days and I still don't have any answers from them. So now I am borrowing a phone to use, while the one I pay R700 for a month for is being warranty swapped AGAIN!

Vodacom has the worst client service and policies regarding warranty repairs and swap outs that I have ever experience from any company!!! EVER!!!!
