Very bad treatment i received from the Online team

<p>on the 30th i did an online application for moderm and laptop at R429x24, i was promised to get a call back, i never did until i called them, i was told that the application was approved and i will get a call confirming contract and the delivery which i never did until i called again on the 13th of february, i spoke to lady namee Sherelyn, i will not go to how she sounded irritated but she advised me that they try to call and deliver but could not get hold of me and could not find the address, i never received any call from them nor a missed call, iam already a vodacom customer they know exactly my contact details, asked what next should be done, she told me i have to 48 hours for parcel to be returned and obtain return number and they will call me back to re issue, vodocom never called, i called again today i spent 30 minutes on the line being passed from person to another, Sherlyn eventually advised me to back online and reply, i asked to speak with the manager Kimberly rudely told me that she heard of my story and there is nothing they can do i must send an email to vadmin for assistance, even thought i was telling that i sent an email to customercare she advise i sent it to the wrong people, by the way customer care did not even respond to that email, i have been with vodocom since 2012 and i never missed a payment yet this is a treatment they give to their customers. i would never recommend vodacom to anyone with this treatment i received.</p>
