Very bad service from Vodacom mobile
I paid my account in Feb last and closed the account but on ITC its reflecting that I am owing them .This bad record affects my ITC scoring and therefore creditors would not give me credit due this .Till this day apparently my account is still in arears yet its closed 2020 Feb. I dont recommend its services to anyone due to this. I requested the letter of settlement several times but to no avail. this is their way to block you from getting credit from others
