Very bad service from Vodacom Maponya
I went to Vodacom Maponya Mall today to seek help as my phone was on talk mode so I wanted them to revert it back to the normal screen as it was difficult for me to use my phone, I spoke to the consultant by the name of of Mbali Fakude, who told me that I need to pay R100 for that, the customer behind showed me how to remove the talk mode, as I was sitting next to another consultant trying to sort my phone out she reprimanded the consultant I was sitting next to thinking that she was helping me without paying, I've been with vodacom for more than 10 years, I have never even once defaulted on a payment, but to be treated like that, I ended up leaving cause I could see that the consultant I was sitting next to was gonna get into trouble, Mbali had to make sure that I didn't get help without paying the R100, so I ended up going to an Indian shop at the Mall thinking that they might be cheaper and the Indian guy helped me for free but my service provider didn't give a damn, I'm very disappointed, to think that I supported Vodacom for so many years, I will make sure that I cancel all my contracts when they expire, that's a promise
