Very bad service from Vodacom

I recently requested to prematurely cancel some of my products under my contract with Vodacom. I received a premature cancellation quote with an amount that I had to pay for these products. This was sometime in March 2020. I paid the amount they gave to me and called Vodacom to allocate this amount to the specific products to ensure correct cancellation. I had to call twice and both calls I was assured that the allocations were done correctly. To my surprise, there was no debit order for the remaining products and my April statement didn't reflect the allocation instead they messed up my account. Now last week I received a statement of account reflecting that I owe an amount I cannot explain... I called Vodacom and they too had to escalate my case because they couldn't explain what was happening to my account. I am disappointed by the fact that I was told I am in arrears, how? Because Vodacom is supposed to debit from my account... It's not like I reversed a debit order, worst part, when I asked what the amount I am in arrears with is how much, they could not tell me, so I can't pay now, they will have to debit it....but no one can tell how is it that I owe for products I have settled. I would like to take another product from Vodacom asap but now I can't because my account is in arrears and it's not my fault. They are going to debit this huge amount without even thinking that I might have had plans for the excess amount that they will be debiting. I am so disappointed in the service that I have received recently. I have never skipped a payment for the past three years that I have been with Vodacom. This is unacceptable from you. Please fix my account and debit the correct amount.
