Very Bad Service By Fikile @Festival Mall Vodacom Shop

I went into a vodacom shop in Festival mall to specifically look for a fast charger, When making the purchase I specifically made it clear that I need a fast charger, to later discover that it is not what I am looking for. During the buying i was informed that if it is not doing what I want it to do I should return it. When returning it today the store manager (Fikile) accused me of intentionally taking the charger knowing that I didnt need it. I asked her to rather find out what the problem is so that I can explain to her in detail what my issue is so that she can also elevate it, she completely ignored what i was saying and went on to tell me about how she will be paying for that product herself. I strongly believe she could have handled my issue way better than she did. She really needs to be called into order
