Very bad service and repair quality

Hello,<br> Vodacom gave me a refurbished phone as a replacement for my blackberry, because they could not fix the problem. But now the refurbished phone is not working also and the BIS and BBM won't work too. <br> <br> And I took the phone in last weekend and they said they can fix it. And when I got it back, it was the same like they didn't even touch it. <br> <br> I have to travel from chatsworth all the way to gateway which costs money and I only have time on weekends when I am not working.<br> <br> Is there any better way I can get this phone fixed or get a new replacement? It seem like Vodacom doesn't care.
