Very bad service and no respond or no help from Vodacom
<p>I am so dissapointed with Vodacom's service! They made a mistake with my account, and i over paid my account with R2300! This was already in March! april i realised that i overpaid and requested a refund! Had teouble getting some one to help me!!! After a long struggle en many many phone calls, they submitted the refund! Stating that this wil take 2 weeks for the payment to be done! And so after 3 weeks they made a payment! The 31 May they made a payment, but still today that money is still not in my account! Ive phoned multiple times, no one wants to help me! Ive requested to speak to a manager, 4 times they just leave me holding on! I left 2 messages for a manager to phone me, still nothing! Sooo disapointed in Vodacom and im not sure how im going to get my money bac****!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

This is sooo frustrating! You cant even handle bad reviews personally!! I dont want a consultant to phone me, i want a manager to phone me and to sort this issue TODAY!!!!!!
This is terrible service! Vodacom are always very greedy to ask for their money and demand payment or els lines get blocked, but when you have to make a payment it takes you months!!! Unacceptable!!!!!! Bad bad service, al over the bored!!!!

I have spoken to 3 different people at collections! No one can give met contact details for a manager! Al of then said that some one will phone me.... But still no one phoned! When i phone back and insist on speaking to a manager they put me on hold and then eventually put the phone down, or put me trhough to custermor service!!! This is ridicules!! Can someone please tel me who i can speak to?????? No one at vodacom can tell me who i can speak to! They only say there is no number to phone they will phone me..... But guess what? No one phones me back
