very bad service, and *********** agents
I was totally disrespected by one of Vodacom agents named Alisha Davids when i was on the call with her, she was very disrespectful and she was shouting at me, she refused to give me her name or to transfer me to her manager instead she transferred me to the other agent. i settled my contract with Vodacom in January 2020 and they are not removing the account or updating it as closed wit ITC it is still showing as active they refuse to give me the settlement letter instead the are sending me left right and center. i have been trying to call them since march 2020 i am really frustrated with them i wish i never opened an account with them.

23 Oct 2020, 12:13The consultant got back to me on the 20th October and advised me that i will get the settlement letter in 24 to 48 hour. 48 hours passed but i still have not received the settlement letter as promised. can someone explain to me what do i have to do in order to get a settlement letter for the account that you settled in February 2020. how long does it take to get a settlement letter. i had enough of this why Vodacom is doing this clearly Vodacom does not care about their clients
