Very Bad Service

Again very disappointed in Vodacom what is going on there everybody is complaining. I got a Huawei P Smart a few months ago I said I would take the insurance for damage and pay much more than before so it must be okay. Yesterday I walk into the Vodacom Shop in Kolonnade where the unfriendly guy with a big sarcastic smile told me I had nothing and to him it was very funny. As I told him I need a screen replacement because this phone is so soft it crack for nothing it was more funny to him well after 18 years with 6 contracts it is time to go next month my 1st contract is out then I will take all away as they run out
