Very bad service

More than a month ago I took my CAT31 smartphone in for repairs to Vodacom Clearwater mall. . I was asked a few days later to pay R373 and was told the phone will be repaired. Never happened a day or two ago i was told the phone cannot be repaired, i will be refunded the R373 and i should fetch my broken phone. This is ridiculous. This was not the 1st time the phone went for repairs and was still under warrantee, In a normal world a service provider will replace the device and give a new phone under these circumstances. This is bad service given to a long standing loyal customer I expect Vodacom to replace my phone as soon as possible!!
