very bad service

i have received a very bad service from vodacom. i got an invoice for my contract which i had questions, the consultant was rude and couldn't even clarify why i was charged extra. instead of passing me to someone he just said he can't repeat the same answer as i was not happy with the answer. i know R43 rands can be a small amount but if i continue to have them without clear explanation it becomes a problem.
