Very Bad Service

<p>I went to to the Vodacom 4U store in Eastgate to take out an addidtional contract- the Samsung J1 and Samsung Tab E for R229 on a flexi 200. They were capturing the order then said they have no stock and sent me to bedfordcentre. Got to Bedfordcentre and they a re not a 4U store. Tried calling the eastgate store multiple times, their number does not pick up. Called Eastgate Monday and asked them to ask the 4U store to call me as I cannot get through.</p> <p>apparentky the deal expired, someone called me back, said they would sort out the problem and call me by COB. No Call was received, called Tuesday, no response, called Wednesday, no response, called today and was told I will be called back. No call, no contract, I am livid and shocked. We have been a vodacom contract holder for 10 years now and this is the level of service??? I have told my husband that we should cancel our existing contract as clearly we are not important enough and our business and patronage is not needed.</p>
