Very bad service

<p>I went to Vodacom 4u at the Mall of the south to get a contract phone, app**** on Monday the 12th for two contract phones which took us 7 days there was no communication i had to do a follow on my own. spoke to the sales person on the 19th Monday telling me to come collect the phones to my suprise when i get to the branch they sold the same phones the toold to come collect wasting my time and driving all the way to the branch for nothing.</p> <p>The sales person showed no signs of apoligising this was the worst experiance ever now will go and buy the phone from the opposition thanks to their very poor service in fact no one was helpfull at the store this is bad.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sales Person Name : Thokozani </p>
