VERY BAD SERVICE

I had a teo year contract with Vodacom for which i paid R900 a month. I took a closed contract but was given an open contract. I had to change this contract and it was extended by two months. I had the Samsung S5. My phone was covered with vodacom insurance and was ****** earlier this year, for which i claimed. I was told that i qualify for the new samsung and when visiting all the branches in my area i was told that they do not have stock and do not know when they will get. At this stage i was without a device for almost a month since i had to save up for the excess. The consultant convinced me to get an LG G4,claiming that it is better than iphone or Samsung. I took the LG and regretted it the very next day. When phoning to ask whether i could exchange it, they said no. The device consumes so much data that i almost cant use the device. I phoned about this and was told that i could only restrict background data on everything. Which i did. It didnt help. I am sure not even Bill Gates could keep up witht the rate at which this device consumes data. Yesterday i recharged with R60 data and browsed the internet (only two websites briefly) for a recipe and sent a couple of whatsapps. The data is again depleted. This is the worst cellphone i have ever had and i am bitterly dissapointed that i paid R900 a month for over two years until the contract expired to be left with a useless Lg G4
