Very bad service

So i decided i want a ps4 and then i saw this awesome deal from vodacom. You get a sony cellphone with a ps4, i applyied immediatly online. I received a phone call the next day from vodacom saying that they need to confirm my details and delivery adress, i gave them all the details and asked the lady when it will be delivered, she sayed the following day, well that was just over 2 weeks ago, up until now no delivery no phone call. I phoned a week ago to find out whats going, then i was told its on back order and they dont know when they will have stock. I then phone the vodacom shops and no one had stock. Thursday last week i then phoned cradlestone chatz connect, the gentleman said "yes we have stock", i thought awesome let me drive their and finally get the deal. Once i got there they said that they are sorry they made a mistake they dont have stock but will phone other branches to find out whose got stock, after waiting patiently they told me that i should go to westgate branch, she just spoke to the gentleman they have stock. I thought okay let me go there. Once i got there i was told oh sorry we dont have stock of the phone but we do have stock of the ps4. By then i was so frustrated! The gentleman told me he will order it for me and it will arrive on monday. So today (wich is monday) i phoned them to find out if my phone has arrived yet then they told me that yes they do have stock on the phone but not on the ps4 and they cant tell me when they can have stock on the ps4. I am so frustrated by now! Why advertise something you cant deliver??? I cant phone everyday and drive up and down and not get answers! I am a loyal vodacom customer for the last 2 years. So can someone please get back to me and give me a direct answer as when i can expect to get the phone and the ps4???
