Very bad reception

I’m using a Huawei wifi route with a Vodacon contract in my house. I used it down in Cape Town with out any issues. But returning back from there I haven’t had any luck yet. I’m at that point that I’ thinking of canceling the contract and taking my business somewhere else. I’ve been to the store for support 3 days ago, with no results.
