Very bad pathetic company

In May 2023 I did a upgrade a vodashop highveld mall a few days later returned device to the sales man and manager and said please cancel upgrade in December went back after receiving and paying for it i was then informed by the regional manager that any contract signed in store can not be canceled went to the credit regulator the stipulated than any contract has a 7 to 14 day cooling of period return to vodacom with the paperwork for the credit regulators and handed it in no joy

On the 13 Feb 2026 after numerous call to the useless vodacom I finally got a message stating that the would refund 21 months of billing and my account would be converted to a pre paid as of the 28 Feb 2026 at midnight

March 9 money refund less than what was stipulated but received

In March I was called stating I can upgrade my cell phone checked on my phone stated 0 balance due Just for the fun of it checked if I could upgrade (not the i would ever sign a deal with the devil again)

Last week started getting robotic call stating im in arrears with my account call vodacom account the statement was i was indeed in arrears told the about the sms and emails received regarding my contract been canceled on the 28 February 2026 they say the have no records on their system (noreply@vodacom .co.za)and a sms sent from them

I have never had doings with a bunch of idiots that try make you out to be a lier even with hard black and white evidence
