Very bad , horrible service! please clear my name asap

I had a contract with vodacom.called in and cancelled it on the 31st of may. I called in to follow up it the account was closed , I was told it's closed. The next thing I know it I am in arrears . I am very upset right now because I called collection and cancellation, i am being pushed back and forth. I cannot pay for a service i had cancelled and the consultant confirmed that. Why the account was not closed or closed and opened for some reason I do not know. Please sort this ASAP my credit is not good because of you.
