VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
Nashua Mobile has been taken over by Vodacom and its my worst experience EVER! At the end of December I paid my cellphone account into Nashua's bank account as per usual, only to receive an sms by Vodacom to say that I haven't paid. I called Vodacom and explained that I paid it to Nashua not realising that I had to pay it to Vodacom. Vodacom then told me that there is nothing that they can do besides gives me an e-mail address to e-mail Nashua on which does not get ant repose as well as two phone numbers that new get answered. <br> *** and *** and well as ***. I phone Vodacom again and explain that I can't get hold of Nashua. They tell me sorry there is nothing we can do, but make a payment arrangement on your account. I say OK.. But i can't pay you until Nashua pays me. Vodacom cuts my phone anyway. Then says oops sorry the system does it automatically. Its now the beginning of February and I have still not received a refund back from Nashua and once again my phone was cut! Nashua promised me a refund no later that Friday the 30/01/2015, they now say they have a back log and don't know when it will be done!! I am the client yet I am phoning around!!!
