Very bad customer service

<p>I have been a vodacom customer for years and years and always defended them and told people how good their service are BUT NOW...I went to a Game store to upgrade where I always upgrade. They could not help me and told me Vodacom upgraded me to a new 3d status and I can only upgrade at Vodacom online. They now force me to upgrade with them. They however do not have the deals Game have. I asked them to downgrade me again but they cannot. I will now let my 6 contracts run their due and switch to Cell C where I can choose where I want to upgrade. I contacted Vodacom but no feedback whatso ever. And this after ALL these years!!!</p>
