Very bad customer service

Online sales, the worst experience I've had. App**** for a contract phone on the 1st of October till today I have not received it. With each queue I have to be the one to inquire the progress, turn around times have been exceeded with no communication from your sales team. I ordered a phone that was in stock and eventually when I had to confirm the order it was out of stock and the consultant did notify me.
