Very bad customer service

I called vodacom with a querry and the girl named Sindisiwe didn't even listen to my querry, she transfered me while I was still talking. That was very rude and unprofessional!! I asked someone else to transfer me to the superviser for my complaint but I held for almost 20minutes and there was no answer until I decided to hang up. I'm very disappointed with Vodacom and how they treated me today.
