VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
I was deceived by a company affiliated with Vodacom called Elite Mobile. I have send you the stupid speakers I never wanted. According to RAM it was received by your warehouse on Friday 29 November at 08.33. It was still not booked in by you and I still cannot reverse my contract despite numerous phone calls and escalations. I am very very disappointed and disgusted by this.
