Very Bad client service

I have been a Vodacom client for 14 years and I have never received such bad service in my life.

I have 2 contracts with Vodacom. My cellphone and a data contract.

I phoned Vodacom cancellation dept on 1 April 2016 to cancel the date contract ***). The agent (Itumeli) assited and confirmed that the last last payment to be made will be end of April 2016. As the contract is to be cancelled I never put the data on from May 2016 as it was said it would be cancelled.

I got an invoice in May 2016 that said that I have to pay for the data contract for May 2016. I phoned the Vodacom care on 21 May 2016 and was informed that the contract was not placed to be cancelled andthat they will refer it to the "back office" and was give a ref nr I***/5 and that I willget feedback in 48 hours.

I phoned on 26 May 2016 as no feedback was received . I spoke to Lucian and when I gave the ref nr I***/5 I was Informed that the ref nr is invalid.

He proceeded to send a request and I was given the following ref nr A2-1P5K-F3OV5 and that I will get feedback in 48 hours.

On 31 May 2016 I phoned again and spoke to Bolani. Heconfirmrf that the )*** contract has been cancelled and that he and his manager as busy with the backoffice to arrange that a refund of R168.99 be made to the account and that I would get feedback by the close of business. This didi not happen.

I phoned again on 6 June 2016 and spoke to Tshwarelo and she said that they are busy with my request and that I will have feedback in 48 hours.

On 7 May 2016 the collections deparment phoned to tell me I have to make the payment for May. I phoned and spoke to Michaela and explained the problem and she said that she would phone me back the same day. Still not feedback.

I phoned again today and spoke to an agent by the mane of Sato and requested that he trasnfer me to a manager as I have had enough of being messed around and he politly put me back in the que.

When I finaly got to and agent he transfered me to his manager Zama.

When I spoke to her she said that her systems was not working that shewill phone me back. She did phone me back and said that she will send an email to the agent dealing with the request to provide feedback.

While I was trying to explain my dissatisfaction with Vodacom and that no one keeps their promises she cut the call and she still has not phoned back.

I am totally horrified with the treatment I have received from Vodacom. So much for them saying that " you are a valued customer"

All I asked is that the go and listen to the phone call on 1 April 2016 where the wrong information was given and that the payment of R168.99 due for 31 May 2016 be reversed.

Is that to much to ask??

Highly dissatisfied customer
