VERY ARROGANT AND RUDE STAFF WITH NO INTERGRITY
yesterday i called service provider to cancel one of the contracts i have was convince of the deals they have which i called back and took it, but consultant was speaking to was very rude and very dismissive to finish with me, told me he unable to proceed there is feedback hes waiting for on another number in order for order to go through, and will call me back, deal i want or offer i wanted was double deal of iPhone 15 128 g space with R230 airtime for main number and other number he said it R85, today i called back to follow up as i did not get call back as promised im told the order was not processed was never done and was told this consultant will back his name is Xolile Mhlongo he called and still arrogant told me what we discuss today is not what we discuss yestrday and the specials' deals was last day yesterday which phones were R1159.00 which above package, today im being told since special its over it will be R1379 more with R220.00 i requested to speak to his superious he refused just gave me names still waiting for the manager call to explain this issue, no one has called yet, im furious becouse there is no emaphathy in the error they did, im their loyal customer for more than 10 years and i get this treatment, its not fair, i want the deal i ordered its not my mistake xolile mhlongo did not do his job or follow process he is very arrogant and rude very rude i understand he is doing all this becouse its not his company and does not care i need call and deal i ordered or will cancel all my contract and take another service provider, already i promised my son as he passed that will be his reward, now becouse of some arrogant stupid person we not getting it, i WANT THAT R1159 DEAL OF IPHONE 15
