Very appolled

<p>Got a phone from Smartcom which is p9lite and the phones speaker is very low people can hardly hear me.<br />This is a work phone with no phone I have no job,spoke to a lady and she said she cannot do anything she they can only collect the phone from me and I can sit with no phone for 7 days.I am highly disappointed and angry.</p> <p>This is ******* </p> <p>I want my money back</p>
