very annoyed!!!!!!!!!!!!

got signed up for fibre by Elisabeth in my area i was told to leave my current fibre of R380 for Vodacom's fibre for R450 per month with a higher speed was informed the network stays on during loadshedding ...1stly network is off when it is loadshedding 2nd got a bill for a rdicoulous R800 and guess what Elisabeth reads my messages on whatsapp and doesn't reply and she doesn't answer my calls at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i want my old router back that vodacom removed and i refuse to pay a bill of R
