VERRY BAD SERVICE & STILL NO RESULTS!!!!!

Vodacom contacted me and told me that they can save me R500 p/m, this was about 6 months ago. After I received my bill, it was R1000 - R2000 more each month! I told Vodacom to put me back on my original plan because I am not saving anything! They said that they will migrate me back from the 1 of July, but they did not! So they moved me back from the 1st of August, and hit me with migration costs of R2900 after they told me that I will not pay any migration fees! It’s now been 2 weeks and no one can resolve the problem! The debit order went off and I struggling to be refunded for the migration fee! The matter is still escalated!!!! This is the response: Dear Phillip Steenberg, Thank you for your patience. I've responded to you via email with feedback. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused, Regards, UW This is the mail: Dear Phillip Steenberg, Thank you for your patience. Our record reflects that our Billing Team have responded to you via SMS stating that the credit was loaded and reflects on your Vodacom account. I do apologise for the delay in response.

Thank you for the email. I did receive the following sms:

Dear Client. Our records reflect that the credit of R999.87 (incl. VAT) was passed on your Vodacom account on 27/09/2017 for the migration fee.

I told Vodacom to pay my money bac**** And the amount that they took was R2977.08!!!!! (SEE ATTACHED INVOICES!)

If I do not get that money back, I will take this further!
