Verry bad service

I phoned Vodacom in march 2016 to remove a debit order on my account because I was gonna pay via another method. They never did. Because of sms's I received saying my account is in arrears, I phoned again in two or three occasions and they said my ccount is not in arrears but debit order is still active. Again they promised to remove it, but they never did now mg account is in arrears because of charges of that debit order and in august i phoned again and asked them to sort it out cause it wasn't my fault, they said they will investigate. Its the 18the of September now, they still say no in august I called them to remove the debit order, not about the arrears. Vodacom is becoming useless if not already. I'm a verry unhappy customer.

Apparently one service fee was credited in August, my question is why was that, when I was charged that service fee more than once. After I had reported?

Dear Client.
Our records reflect that the debit order was removed. I will create the credit for the R300(incl.VAT) for the return debit order fees. Once approved, it will reflect in the Vodacom account reducing the balance.
Kind regards
