Velda at Vodacom helpline rocks

I received an sms saying I have outstanding airtime advance please pay ASAP to continue service, I nearly had heartfailure so called helpline, got a lady called Velda. She went into account and patiently figured out the sms was an error and in fact not only was I up to date I was ahead. I was so relieved but just want to say she was so friendly and I kept plaguing her are you sure and she was still so friendly despite probably wearing of me. It is fantastic to have pleasant person to deal with. I would like to add it would be great not to receive false alarms in future but if I do I hope to get Velda on the line again
