Vdabucks online shopping does not deliver

I bought on Vodabucks a weekend Snack parcel. Up to now I still have not recieved it and according to the app it shows that it's been copleted! It's been more than a month and nothing.

2DAYS AND STILL NO PHONE CALL ALSO! NO SERVICE! I think its best I cancel my contracts with Vodacom as there is no Service

Ok so Now Day 5 after the Phonecall, as to they stated they will send an email and sort it out. Still nothing!!!
