I played shake this morning and won 2 x puzzles for mystery box and received sms for winning.But I never received the sms of the gift and it didn't unlock my mystery box even though when I was playing it even said congrats unlocked 2/2. I called vodacom and the lady by the name of Zandile said she will call me back she will escalate still waiting.She have put me through to the VB department but no one answered and she never followed my query back.
