VAS without consent

Hi, It seems I have recieved an sms stating that I have activated a "Vodago WIG" and a few other VAS that has been included without permission. The consultants that are doing VAS are *******ly adding it to consumers accounts to *****ulenlty increase sales revenue, please get someone to contact me asap to get this removed Kind regards Ephraim
