VAS Vodafone VLIVE! on Vodacom Account - CAN'T CANCEL IT DAMN

I have made numerous calls to customer care in 2016 to be promised it was removed from the account. Then only to find the charges still being billed. This spanned over 5 months and 3 calls. At one stage i was to;d to call vodafone live and sort it out myself. Finally someone in Vodacom could help and cancelled the account and told me to email Nonhlanhla Mthiyane ********** with cellphone numbers in the excel document to have content services blocked. I did as i was instructed. Now in march 2017 i am once again being billed for vodafone live! after not asking for it and being aware that all content services had been blocked as per email above. I then phoned and emailed and then phoned to confirm email was recieved ********** with the prior emails attached. I have asked everytime for email follow ups to find out why this has happened but as everyone knows verbal is the best solution to having no proof of what happened. I am trying again to get it in writing as to what has transpired and hopefully succedd in getting content services blocked. To add insult to injury vodacom does not refund the monies so these VAS companies are win win situation. Vodacom takes a huge percentage of the revenue so why would they want to cancel these subscriptions or make it that you need to have some form of signature to instate a VAS. Try cancel it then you need to call and paperwork - sign up well thats just automatic.

Very unsatisfied with there service so far.

OK great so that initially has been sorted out only to be replaced now by content services that now stands at R360 so far this month when I have emailed and confirmed in the past that I want to block any form of content services.
the last content services I found out was owned by vodacom so amazing how that only came to light right in the end. now why had I emailed through a list of number's in excel format to block any form of content services only to find I'm being billed again. I refuse to pay the bill and am very close to porting to another service provider. I cannot believe after so many years of service I get treated in a manner that equates to poor service and my view now theft. I will keep this endeavour of mine to get all content services blocked updated on here. I hope no one else suffers this.

I have phoned through and told it's some subscription that charges R20 a day. awesome considering I had emailed Nonhlanhla Mthiyane with all relevant numbers to cancel from VAS. And a follow up email that I'll add to this list "personal details of those I emailed" that still haven't done what I asked. I haven't even been reimbursed for the last scenario only to be even deeper in this mayhem again. I hope that this time it will be rectified. does anyone know of whom to actually speak to as 082111 cannot help. the supervisors there cannot help. vbs.admin cannot help. can maybe the CEO help? or do I have to go to God for help as it seems this is an impossible task based on what I have been through.

Oh yes and when I asked the assistant to sms me his details he said he would but passing the buck means don't give record. so I still don't have his name. he merely sent me EBURedBackoffice vodacom.co.za like that makes you accountable
