I paid r2800 on my vodacom account only for vodacom to deduct another r4000 from my account.. On reporting this matter i received a message that i will be contacted within 2 days.. I have not been contacted.. On a call to supervisor he could not answer half my queries, assist or help resolve.. Just informed me that my vodacom acc has been credited after i was informed on first call this would be credited in my fnb acc.. Now i need to wait 2 weeks, whos liable for my bank costs and my rent not being paid, vodacom washes their hands.. Worse service ive ever experienced.. Unqualified management..
