Vaodacom upgrade - wrong device delivered

<p>A consultant called my husband to offer him a Huwae cellphone as an upgrande to his contract. The delivery arrived at my husband work, he received and when he opened it at home we find a vodacom tablet instead of the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are now trying to call vodacom to correct this but I have been holding the upgrade line for more than 2 min despite being told by voice recording that I am number 1 in the queue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like Vodacom to collect their tablet and cancel the upgrade.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Recently my husband found Vodacom debit orders on his back account for this contract which we have requested that they collect the device and cancel the contract. Device was collected however contract was not cancelled. Now Vodacom refuses to pay back the money, Vodacom is this not *******?
