Vadacom - the end of times.
I’m just getting the very worst service in my life from Vodacom. You guys really go from bad to worse. I know you outsource to bytes because you cannot manage your own service desks but good lord. 24-48 turn around time on a support ticket? Apparently 48 hours is 6 days. 6 days I have to wait after a ticket has been logged because your other useless account department *****ed up my fibre order. You clearly don’t want my business. You people are a joke. Your company, your pointless systems and your poor staff and even worse outsourced companies, useless. Pack it in, team up with Eskom.

After holding for about 10 minutes, the agent told me that the manager is busy with a customer and that they will call me back. Yeah, still waiting for that call. Called again now, same story, "team leader" is busy with a client and call me back. How do you think that will go? So I said I will hold because no one calls me back. Yeah, 30 minutes later. No "team leader". No one. Are you people aiming at being the worst company in South Africa? You're accomplishing it.
