Vadacom I want my R12.00
On Sunday the 11th of April 2021,i bought 60 minutes for R12.00. Minutes supposed to expire at 12 midnight. But minutes after I bought the minutes Vodacom network was complety off. This happened for the whole day until 1 pm 12 of April. Now I've forfeited the minutes due to no network availability. Other networks worked but not vodacom. I've tried talking to them on Twitter with no joy but repetition of arrogant replies. My number ***. I want my R12.00 back or you can give me the minutes that I bought yet never used.
