V Tech Watch Strap Needed
I have a V tech watch for my daughter and the strap is damaged. I have gone to 3 outlets in the Eastrand area and they indicated that they do not stock it and I should order online. There is no watch straps online either. I have attempted to purchase the strap on many online platforms and no one stocks it. I checked Amazon, they do have it but they do not have stock and dont know when they will have stock. So please Vodacom what to I do to replace this pink watch strap on my daughters V Tech Watch if there is no aftersales assistance? Doesnt Vodacom have items that have been returned for a malfunction on the device and kept the strap, I am even happy to buy a 2nd hand one to help with this. Its now been 6 weeks that I have been searching and the watch cannot be used as its strap is damaged. Please assist
