Vodacom is the most disgusting company I've ever dealt with!!!!! I called two agents today to find out why they labelled my account in arrears after they never debited my account when there was sufficient funds( before and long after my debit date), they said there was no funds and now billed me R690.20 (my installment is R294.66). I called them twice today ( 15 November 2018) to find out what is going on. Their agents are uterly rude! I couldn't believe how they speak and shout when you are explaining the situation, the last agent had so much attitude with me she said if I don't listen to her Vodacom cant assist me. I asked her name more than twice she refused, made a hiss sound and put the phone down in my ear. All I wanted to know i why do i receive an account like that if my bank reflects vodacom deducted there money and the agent confirmed. But i was disrespected by two agents. This is pathetic really!!!!
