Utterly useless deserve a zero rating.
Still waiting on a consultant from Vodacom to assist with regards to an application of new contract since the 3rd of September 2021.

As from the 3rd of September 2021 I've been waiting for feedback with regards to a new cellphone contract application. And what an amazing surprise to receive a phone call 17.09.2021 from a Vodacom sales consultant to finally complete the application.
As per phone sales consultant I app**** for a new contract with a new number. Why would I want to go through all the hassle of informing everyone that I changed my number. When I app**** for the contract I explicitly stated and requested my Telkom number to be ported to Vodacom according the sales consultant she can't see any request for my number to be ported what a surprise to see again an *********** staff member from Vodacom. And then to conclude her phone call the cellphone that I app**** for 🤣🤣 Vodacom does not have any stock available.
So please inform me what was her purpose when she is clearly *********** and did not even come up with a solution to the unavailability of stock.
Once again utterly useless and pathetic I would definitely not recommend any one to choose Vodacom as their service provider.
And I don't want anything to do with you any more.
