Utterly useless customer service

<p>I cancelled my contract giving vodacom a months notice... I requested my number to be ported to a pay as you go number which they said wouldn't be a problem. On the 25the of April they deleted my number of the system... and now my number does not exist. No one has been able to assist me... managers or call centers help lines or even the useless staff at various vodacom stores.</p>
