Utterly useless

<p>Were a customer with Vodacom but changed providers in May due to bad service. Stopped all contracts etc and paid the settlements. All went well untill they started taking money of my account in Nov and Dec 2016. How can this be and why do they still have my acount details to do with whatever they want.???Has since been on the phone for hours with Vodacom with at least 15 people to get back the money they ********ly took....and still no one knows what to do or how to resolve the issue!!! That's poor Vodacom. Very poor. Glad I don't run my own business likt that!</p>
