Utterly Disgusting/ NO service delivery

<p>Faulty cellphone on contract and under warranty was taken to Vodacom 4u outlet, Paarl, almost 1 year 5 months ago with no success of returning either fixed or replaced phone. </p> <p>This is after several enquiries with response: "we don't know where the phone is and we are still looking for it"</p> <p>Seriously, how many times must one face such disregard for client service and disrespect.</p> <p> </p>
